4 years ago when I was recruited to join Yousendit they had a vision and a goal of building an Enterprise presence. I accomplished this by acting as the only sales engineer, customer success manager and Enterprise solutions/ support engineer for the largest of customers . This included the like of NIKE, Coka-Cola, FOX entertainment, Clorox, Estee Lauder ... etc.
After many executive changes starting with a new CEO the direction and focus changed many times. Once the senior management began to leave the "reorganization" went into full swing and they are now a completely different company.
Some of the brightest minds I have worked with began to leave and being in the technology space that they are, it is proving to be very difficult to build a realistic culture and sense of direction for many within the organization.
I still believe in the employees and I value them all as not just former colleagues but good people and consider them my friends.
