Was great when I started and poor when I left. Changes implemented by Yellow started the down hill slide at Roadway. Went from a company that was debt free to a company that needed to recieve bail out money from the federal government to stay afloat.

Gender bias no accountability for not following standard operating procedures total lack of respect and favoritism between the local unions driver vs clerical. Total lack of disregard of chain of command and standards set forth from corporate level from management. Old school management and technology both practices are very outdated.
