Great people to work with, there was too much work for one person. The company allowed room for advancement.

Productive Workplace with emphasis on physical well being
Buyer, Supply Chain (Current Employee), Yellow Springs, OHMay 26, 2014
Pros: fitness center, perks such as free lunch, ice cream socials.
Cons: too many projects happening at once, not always able to give each project the attention it truly deserves
There is enough variety in the day to keep boredom at bay! Review system pulls for placing orders; order via Kan Ban cards; problem solve (Receiving issues with purchase orders, cost variances, delivery issues).
Variety of commodities to work with: precious metals, boards, motors, plastic molded parts, standard stock items.
Unable to keep a full department - stretches the remaining buyers to the limit at times.
Unique personalities with their own quirks, but at the end of the day, still a team. May disagree, but resolve disagreements quickly.
Great fitness center on-site and several different activities offered through the company to accommodate a wide variety of interests.

Social Worker (Former Employee), Philadelphia, PAJune 11, 2013
A day at variety from day to day. I have learned how to give intakes to clients as they arrive. I have learned how to fill out paper work properly. I've also learned how to be a team members and hoe to be apart of group meetings. the hardest part of the job is placing clients who don't have ant family or any place to go. so will would have to send them to another temporary placement. the most enjoyable part is meeting the clients and helping them with their needs but most of all getting to know them and seeing them smile.

Secure setting. Youth are assisted with activities of daily living, i.e. hygiene, school, meals, recreation, and programs. Security must be a priority.

One of the best run companies I've seen. They are a dream compared to some places that I've been.
