Upper management does not know how the workers are treated. There is too much nepotism and way too much favoritism. There is very little training or guidance from supervisors or managers. There is a severe lack of organization or focus on the goal of facility. Too much blame directed at others, no team effort...kinda of a us against them attitude. The worst thing I experienced so far is promises are made but not kept and promotions do not happen. Very tense work environment.
