Don't do it!
Nope former employee (Former Employee), Sumner, WashingtonAugust 28, 2014
Pros: some good hard working people in the warehouse
Cons: everything else
Warehouse management does nothing but micromanage. There is no room for advancement no matter how hard you work. Dont make suggestions, people will either steal yojr ideas as their own or you are tagged as a complainer for trying to improve . thi k they get mad when its not their own idea. Culture would be great if they actually promoted and involved – more... people. They preach it but do not follow it themselves. A lot of promises to keep you working hard for them. No appreciation for the little guys. Should realize without the little guy they have no job. But people need to work so there will Always be some poor sap to go in and do the job. Too much of a bad thing. – less

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!
AP (Former Employee), Cordova, TNJune 28, 2014
Pros: learned a new accounting system
Cons: no direction. poor management. no future
Management? There is none. More like MISmanagement. Mismanagement of time, energy and brain cells. In order to have proper management one has to have a chain of command. No chain of command here more like power struggle. Company has and always have had poor employee relations. Unfortunately I did not find this out until after I was there. If you choose – more... to work here learn what you can and use as a stepping stone. – less

Not a bad place to work
Logistics Operations Supervisor (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FLOctober 21, 2013
Great place but with very complacent people. Seems like just about everyone goes through the motions. Management and the few superstars really keep that place going! Overall, it's a good place to be.

Typical office environment
Freight Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FLSeptember 24, 2013
Good hearted employees make for enjoyable work environment majority of time. However, mediocre compensation and and lack of career advancement opportunities within the company make for a difficult long-term work atmosphere for one striving to move up the corporate ladder.

Nice place to work
Operations Coordinator (Current Employee), Secaucus, NJJuly 24, 2013
Pros: great benefits
-Typical day of work involves answering emails from vendors, customers and Origin offices.
- I have learned vendor and cargo management through the different accounts assigned to me.
-My co-workers have been helpful and friendly.
-Hardest part of the job is making sure the cargo gets to its destination without any delays. Making sure there are no set – more... backs with late documentation , shortages, issues at port, etc.
-Most enjoyable part of the job is the people I work with on a day to day basis. – less
