Most of the people there are friendly and easy to work with, and the office is very nice. However, there is little opportunity for advancement and the work tends to be very repetitive (more so than most jobs). The company doesn't pay very well, so there tends to be a lot of turnover.

You would have to work with no processes and be innovative as you go.

Yusen is a good company, but it seemed as if they were closing their doors are they were laying a lot of people off.

Everyday at work we formed as an entire team and we stretched together than went right to work either: being a cart runner, off-loading a truck's shipment, or simply on-load shipments onto trucks. I learned how to work as a team player and get tasks done more efficiently and rapidly. The mangers communicated with the employees very respectfully. A typical day at work was productive and hard work. I learned how to run carts and off load containers. Management was okay. Co-workers were okay. At the beginning, the hardest part of the job was being on my feet for 8 hours, but as the days went by, it got easier and easier. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting company goals.

Typical work day was never the same, always something new going on. I experienced allot of new things there, my coworkers were all great. The hardest part of the job was managing all the changes on a almost daily basis, the most enjoyable part was the learning part. I grew from the process to be a better manager.

Coming into work to prepare yourself to work 8 hour shifts, I have learn to get task done at a fast paced and the co-workers there are usually friendly and helpful.

i learned how to be neat and make space for things and the terms of being on time, the hardest part about the job was the hours but it wasnt anything i couldnt handle, the most enjoyable was the break time when everybody talked and ate lunch together

You clock in, do your work, clock out and go home. I am with a temp agency so the job is on call. Hours are very limited. No advancement opportunities. There really is nothing hard about the job, but you do have to get used to the schedule if you work the graveyard shift.

Working in fast paced office environment responsible for suppliying manufacturing parts to large car plant.
