Worked there for around 3 years. Was consistently bullied by upper management and human resources. Was paid less than an assistant manager at a dollar store makes. There were days where I would have to talk myself down from quitting right then and there and walking out the door. I went above and beyond and did everything I could with the tools given, but nothing was ever good enough for them. I would have meetings with my manager who showed sympathy because he saw what was going on and understood I was having a hard time dealing with how I was treated, despite the effort I put in, and ask me not to quit or give up because I was needed at that point in time. At least 2 or 3 people were either fired or quit a month, which is frustrating on a team and productivity level. Working there was like being in high school. Everyone was disgruntled minus maybe the parts department, those guys were absolutely kind and good to work with. And upper management/HR went parading around the place with a chip on their shoulders treating everyone like trash. If you are a newcomer looking for job experience and barely enough of a paycheck a month to pay rent on an apartment, go ahead and apply. or if you know the HR manager outside of a work environment, the bias and favoritism was glaringly obvious, and disgusting. If you are looking for a career, to be treated as if you make a difference and mean something to the company, and a decent wage, do not bother.
