I enjoy working with Zachry
journeyman pipe fitter (Current Employee), Louisville, KYJanuary 28, 2015
A typical day consists of 9-10 hrs./ 7 days a week. I get along well with my co-workers as long a s they perform their work and can speak English so that I can understand them. The hardest part of the job is having to correct mistakes that someone else has made. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to perform it to the best of my ability because I take pride in my work.

This is a decent company to work for. But the work relies on the weather and lately the weather has been poor. It would be nice to have a larger salary as well. I am looking for a better employment opportunity. Looking for better pay and more stability.

Excellent company to work for.
Boilermaker Helper/Fire watch (Former Employee), Tampa, FL at the TECO PlantOctober 8, 2014
Pros: incentives and great management
Cons: i was a girl, so they kind of covenanted over me a little to much.
Great incentive programs. Prizes for being knowledgeable of safety practices. Incentives for showing up everyday and on time. Most of my co-workers were very knowledgeable, so that tells me that management is doing their jobs correctly and that is hard to find sometimes. I learn a lot at every job that I go to because I ask a lot of questions and feel like the more I learn the better I can do my job no matter what the task.

Material Handler#5/Warehouse Lead (Current Employee), Corpus Christi, TXMay 19, 2014
Pros: the turn around pay
Cons: time away from family
Show up 10 mins early at the warehouse, start filling out our STA's (Saftey Trainging Analysis). Inspect the vehicles and forklift before and after the work shift for maintenence.

I lean something new everyday, there is so much material that comes in and out of the warehouse that has its purpose.

Managment is good, ive been in and around this line of work for a good while now so once i pick up the product and material. Im basicly a self starter and do mh job to the best of my ability.

Ive worked around many different co-workers, never had an issue with either one and am glad to work as part of a team.

The hardest part of the job would deffinetly be the 7 12s. Seven days a week for twelve hours a day or night shift. Time away from family months at a time. Its mentaly and phisicaly taxing on the body.

After a long turn around has been successfuly comleted.
