Interlock check out for new installation
Electrical Technician (Former Employee), Deer Park TexasDecember 14, 2013
Pros: i was able to see a new installation from beginning to end.
Cons: there was enough work
I worked with a project crew which we install new project and modified older equipment. This included running conduit, pulling wire, terminating, and checkout. Also work with the Zackery group at the Bayport site.
My job there was Instrument tech, electrician, and analyzer. Zachery
lost the contract.

Doesn't care about employees
former employee (Former Employee), TexasOctober 28, 2013
Pros: decent benefits
Cons: management doesn't know business. treats employees like pawns.
This is a company that can't walk the walk. They talk about promoting from within, but just move people around to new jobs - ones that you don't even care to have. They should listen more to their people.

Intence and fat pace work
Quality Control Inspector (Former Employee), Front Royal, Va.August 27, 2013
Pros: getting along with most of the guys working there.
Cons: short lunch breaks and breaks otherwise.
Work day begins at 6:30am to 5:30 pm. Work is fast paced and moving from the start. Must strive to maintain a positive attitude and perseverance and do a good job. Most of the managers are good but we all have our moments. Most of your co-workers are good but with any job there are those you must keep your eyes on. Hardest part of the job is keeping – more... up with the changes of the drawings. The enjoyable part of the job is working with the craft people. – less

Good company to work for
Carpenter and Insulator and Top Fitter Helper (Former Employee), Cameron, LAFebruary 16, 2013
Zachry was a good company to work for. I climbed the ladder out there, and they didn't just let anyone take the reigns and run. When I wanted to move up, I was always able to speak with my supervisors and they would tell me what I needed to do to reach my goals. A person with the ability to think was respected with the areas I worked in. I learned that – more... just because you wanted something, didn't mean you were gonna get it, you had to work for it, and that to me seemed fair enough. Met good people and made life long friends and contacts through this company. – less
