Pros: we get free lunch and free vending everyday, health insurance is free for singles.
Cons: management positions have a high turnover rate.
We have a start up meeting every morning letting us know how much work we're expecting that day. Our manager tells us about any work related news. We stretch for about 5 minutes and then go to our assigned areas. I've learned how to use an MC 9000 scan gun and how to drive a forklift. I've learned how to use excel spreadsheets. Management is very easy – more... to talk to and approachable. My co-workers make the job enjoyable. The hardest part of the job is we can't seem to get a steady flow of work throughout the day. We're either slammed with work or running out of work, lol! My co-workers are the most enjoyable part of my job, everyone seems to get along. – less
