There are two pay methods. Hourly and Salaried.
With the salaried options, I found myself at times over worked with a sense of being under compensated for the extended hours of work completed especially toward the end of the month.
As for the hourly, its a little more flexible since your are compensated for the actually hourly work, however depending on the hourly rate, you might limited by the fact that there is a preference to hire at locations of the country where the pay rates are relatively low. So if you are not from those types of locations, you find that you are competing with these low paying locations.
