Call center environment-every minute of our 8 hours shift is on the phone. Management is horrible. They use bullying management style and threaten you of losing your job if you don't meet their asinine standards
No job growth, grueling, monotnous phone calls, dichotomous directives (one day you are told this is the procedure and the next day, you are told this is not the procedure). Unequal distribution of work.
