Zep markets these products and services under brand names, such as Zep, Zep Commercial, Zep Professional, Enforcer, and Selig. The Company’s customers include government entities and businesses ranging from small sole proprietorships to large corporations. In addition, its products are sold to contractors, small business owners, and homeowners who want to purchase professional strength cleaning products through large and small home improvement retailers. Zep was spun-off from Acuity Brands, Inc. (Acuity Brands) effective October 31, 2007.
