Pros: make your own schedule
Cons: 12 month contracts only
This is a great transitional position. My husband and i decided to start a family- so while I was pregnant I was able to work from and decide on how many hours I would like to do per week ( up to 30) . Your paycheck always comes on time and you make your own schedule. The only down side is that the contract lasts only 12 months and there is no room – more... for advancement. – less
Data Warehouse Manger (Former Employee), Orlando – July 12, 2014
Cons: no comment
Since I signed a Non-Disparagement agreement, I can only provide the facts and let you decide:
1. They change bonus policies to their advantage and do not inform employees of the changes. 2. You are expected to put in between 45 and 50 hours a week. 3. Your defined bonus plan is based on the CEO's perception of being perfect, which no one is. So whatever – more... your plan is, don't count on getting the full amount. Money makes people bad so this is a compliment to them. 4. They work their off-shore employees well in access of the 40 hours they are contracted to work. Again, fantastic for ZC that they can pay for 40 hours and get 50 or more because it's off-shore labor. – less
Client Services Associate (Former Employee), Mt. View, CA – November 14, 2013
A Typical Day - Researched and resolved timecard, payroll and new hire issues and inquiries. Followed up with staffing partners weekly to ensure all pending backgrounds are completed and in compliance per client’s guidelines.
I learned how to be extremely organized helping manage the full-cycle recruiting for a program consisting of 1850+ workers.
I – more... have great communication with my manger and work very well with her. I always make sure to let her know when I have a little extra time to see if she needs assistance with any projects. She has called on my to help out with side projects or other clients who need an extra hand.
As part of my position we do have to end assigments early for some of our resources. Sometimes having to inform workers who enjoy their position that their assignment is ending is hard but is part of my duties and needs to be done.
I love the on-boarding piece of my position the most. I am very efficient and fast with enrollments while adhering to our client's hiring SLA's. – less

Pros: flexible schedules, encourage creativity and promotes learning & advancement
Cons: pay increases are difficult to attain
Zerochaos provides a multitude of learning platforms within the organization. During my 5 year plus tenure with the company I learned a significant amount about Accounting, Finance and business principals in general. The diversity and equality within the organization is encouraging and provides a welcoming presence for employees. Generally management – more... is open minded and encourages advancement, however employees who are detrimental in their current role may meet challenges when attempting to move between departments. Advancement opportunities are available although additional compensation is difficult to attain since offers are usually presented as lateral moves. – less
Technical Specialist (Former Employee), Chicago-area – September 19, 2013
Once the on-boarding process was complete, day-to-day work rarely needed any interaction with the main office. There were periodic problems with funding but this was mainly a problem with the client company and were typically quickly resolved. I was working remotely and my contact with the main office was primarily through web applications (chat, time-sheet, – more... etc.), email, and the occasional phone call. – less
Resource Coordinator (Former Employee), Orlando, FL – June 18, 2013
Pros: meet a lot of wonderful people
Cons: having to turn down candiates due to their background investigations
Typical work day consisited of communicating with employee's, employeers, temp agency, check past, labcorp. I ran background checks. Submitted drug tests. Made sure all candiates completed the proper paperwork in the required time. My co workers were always helpful and pleasent to work with, Hardest part of the job was sometimes finding the proper candiate – more... for the position being offered, Best part of the job was helping everyone with what they needed. – less
