Building Analyst & Home Energy Auditors (Former Employee) – Buffalo, NY – April 28, 2016
In my experience in the field of weatherization, I have learned that every auditor has their own methods, pace and procedure on how they proceed with an in-home energy audit, while at the same time to assess all health and safety diagnostics and all required steps are recorded. Zerodraft was very open minded and supportive of how I have adapted my own auditing techniques, while still establishing all required information is properly and correctly gathered. The offices had an open-door policy as concerns and ideas could easily be exchanged and discussed in a prompt and respectable matter. I learned a lot of new techniques, adapting them to me own in cases, and also recommend my own ideas on how to ensure the best possible audit on a household.
Field Sales Manager (Former Employee) – Syracuse, NY – September 30, 2012
Meet everybody at the office, Make up the battle plan, drive team members out to targeted neighborhoods (with permit approval), after dropping off team I worked my own streets for a few hours, sold 4 or 5 deals, then went to check on, train and maintain the team members.
My co-workers and employees were motivated and education driven.
The hardest part of the job for me was selling my share, and managing a team. But I like a good challenge. It keeps the blood flowing when its 5 degrees out and you have a whole in your shoe.
The most enjoyable part of this job was the time spent with my team and boss, and the direction that Zero Draft sent me in my career path towards being a salesman of great esteem.
fun, enlightening, great people
