Lack of Job Culture, Job Security/Advancement and Effective Communication via Management

Very much a boys club atmosphere. Management is primarily male. They believe the role of female employees is administrative and of less value to any male counter part.
Management also lacks communication skills. Important changes to structure and teams are not communicated down the pipeline to employees until it's too late. Management also does not provide a sense of support or encouragement in the work environment nor do they offer the sense of job security.
Lastly they use employees as their personal minions to do their dirty work. It was a huge disappointment as this company has potential if they instill better values and management and diverse the company specifically within the ranks of management.
