Health – We help you and your family stay healthy with a choice of plans that cover 100% of employee premiums and 80% of dependent premiums for medical, vision and dental. Time Off - Take a break with discretionary or accrued paid time off. Our Designated Time Off (DTO) policy allows employees to take ownership of their work-life balance and have freedom to make decisions based on their needs.
Equity Choice – As a part of Zillow's compensation package all employees are able to choose how they would like to receive their stock – in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options or a combination of the two. The program allows employees to tailor their equity-based compensation to their long and short-term financial goals and needs.
Sabbatical (“ZG R&R”) - After six consecutive years at Zillow, employees are eligible to take up to six consecutive weeks off of work to recharge and reboot (“R&R”). During their sabbatical period, employees will still receive benefits while taking time off to pursue their passion, spend time with loved ones or otherwise take time to develop personally and professionally.
