Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Warsaw, IN – November 15, 2017
I would not recommend anyone join Zimmer BIomet. Since the merge of Zimmer and Biomet there has been large amounts of distrubtions. Serious cultural issues. Home work life is a not a concern. Lots of mandatory hours that include holidays and weekends.
Supplier Quality Engineer (Former Employee) – Warsaw, IN – November 15, 2017
Incredibly the poorest management teams I have ever had the displeasure to work for. Unless you are part of the good ole boy network (or short skirt) you can forget any advancement. HR is terrible and doesn't care about the people.
Regulatory Affairs Associate (Current Employee) – Warsaw, IN – November 15, 2017

Driver (Former Employee) – Jericho, NY – November 13, 2017
A typical day entailed me picking up and delivering to hospitals for surgery. I learned a lot about hospitals in general, how to get around New York City driving, the equipment and procedures for surgery, and much more. The management was very nice and considerate. They lead by example and really cared about employees. The culture was easygoing and relaxed. I felt like I could communicate with anybody with no problem. The hardest part was dealing with traffic in the city sometimes. The most enjoyable part was being independent for the most part.
Local distributor didn't offer additional opportunity for growth despite track record of success
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Colorado – November 9, 2017
The environment - management in particular, didn't provide opportunities despite my proven record of success. The opportunity for growth was limited and there were numerous promises not kept. Lack of trust with this distributor.
Senior Analyst (Current Employee) – Warsaw, IN – November 9, 2017
ZB has great people but the politics have taken over. The departments do not work together unless forced to. Most of the people who have the left the company really cared about the company and the customers. I don't see that as much in the newer hires and the people who are left. Career advancement is not a priority for management.

Senior Development Engineer I, Trauma Development (Former Employee) – Warsaw, IN – November 7, 2017
Zimmer was a large company with many resources. Product Development engineers still had opportunities to take charge and lead projects. Recently product development activities delayed due to remediation efforts.

Manufacturing Sr. Engineer II (Former Employee) – Warsaw, IN – November 2, 2017
Having a co-op student who did not have any working experience to lead other engineers which is not good. That some time doesn't make engineer feel comfortable working with the student while they use their personal experiences at school to work with other engineers.
Part Time Employee (Current Employee) – Fair Lawn, NJ – October 29, 2017
If you don’t make the required number of cases they’ll have you fired, or if we’re being totally honest here... They prefer quantity or quality I could make 30 cases and all my pieces are good but it’s not good enough for them But if you make 50 cases and majority of the pieces are not good, they rather to see the 50 cases more than the 30 cases which has better pieces
Packager (Former Employee) – Warsaw, IN – October 24, 2017
Typcial day at work includes many different tasks. Management is ok but does not seem to be on the same page The workplace culture is laid back. They hire too many temps and do not let them on full time soon enough.
