Enjoyed variety and fast paced environment
Equipment Loader (Current Employee), Woodbridge, VAAugust 21, 2013
Pros: variety and great people
Cons: no potential for growth in position
Typical day involves physical removing of equipment from truck and putting empty pallets and security cages back on the truck. Handle maintenance of equipment in addition to assembling in designated areas of the church. I have learned how to maneuver equipment without causing damage. Works closely with Supervisor and team to ensure standards are met – more... during the set up process. The co-workers are a great group of people that work together as a team to complete the job. The hardest part of the job would be the initial set up of the equipment, some times the equipment is damaged. I would say the most enjoyable part of the job is being able to communicate and work with others while having variety in the job. – less

Leader (Former Employee), Rivers, MBMarch 26, 2012
Pros: fun, friday nights, for the most part
Cons: kids were bratty
Loved the idea, not the kids, they didn't like to listen, and it got annoying, however I had fun most of the time
