The turn over rate is ridiculous and the company should be embarrassed by it. The main HR person at the Atlanta facility is a joke. She is only for upper management and herself. You can go on any review page of this and see the same thing said on other reviews from 3-5 years ago, but nothing has been done to fix this. Management does not even know some of their employees' names. It is a French based company and they have to take notice of the high turn over. 9 people in the front office in less than 3 months? Most actually leaving to competitors. Yet, no one sees a problem.
