Demoralizing job
Planner/Expediter (now) (Current Employee), Santa Maria, CAMarch 26, 2015
If you like to get paid for doing nothing then this is the job for you, all you need to know is how to act like a good worker, and if you are a good worker, manager, supervisor you will be fired. Imagine a place that puts all their effort to make it impossible to get work done.

Most horrible place to work.
Final assembly (Former Employee), Santa Maria, CaMarch 12, 2015
Pros: co workers are cool.
Cons: standing all day
All of your overtime hours get taken away from your check. They make you work mandatory overtime and if you don't they fire you. The parts that are ordered don't come in until a week after. Unorganized and chaotic horrible company to work for.
