I made excellent money at this restaurant! Easy money; side work was minimal, food sold itself, the owner did most of the wine sales with my tables, and the guests were great tippers. I never felt micromanaged; the owner trusts you to do your job and floats around until you need him. Private parties were frequent and even more $$$. The restaurant isn't open late and is closed Sun/Mon. The sous chef can moody when it's busy, but mellows out again at the end of the shift. It's the perfect serving job!
