Raises just do not ever happen. Most people quit or are fired before they can get a raise. Even if you tough it out long enough to get a raise, it is something insulting like a few cents an hour. The commissions are a lie, nobody ever sells enough to get them.
Sales based so unless you get promoted or you sell to get your bonus don't count on it.

Never ever. They want everyone to work for free and to surrender their lives and souls to them for $10 an hour.
Never ever. Zoom Tan doesn't care about keeping employees. They certainly don't pay them.
Hardly ever. Management starts out at $12.50 an hour, and after 3 years a former manager made roughly $13.25.

Raises don't occur. They'll either tell you that you didn't perform or find some other crazy reason to fire you.
Never. People are usually fired first.
