Being an intern at Zoosk, I felt immediately welcomed. My mentor supported through the internship. The people there are super kind and very hard working. Everyone greeted me with a warm smile everyday I walk in. I would love to work there again.

As with any good startup, the company took your skills and moved you forward in order to move itself forward. My supervisor wanted me to perform a function in the department that was needed. With her support I grew into that new job (even going out to take a course - with company assistance). She saw a hidden gift. With her support and with 100% support from the C-level as well a latent talent I had was brought up to expert level. Not only did it benefit the department but it ended up being used for on-boarding in other departments as well. It was hard work, but it was a job I discovered I loved doing.
