Availability is from 9am-6pm. Must acknowledge tickets in web portal and provide expected time of completion of said tickets by 9:30am. Depending on ticket priority you will have to complete it ASAP or have it completed up to 5 days later. 90% of the work is done independently with remote assistance as needed. Part of a team who conducts current and future data center deployments within your region.
