3 or 4 years ago, the decision came from top management level stopped the ZTE further development and leaded ZTE to the way of downhill, at the same time, some problems accumulated for many years exposed such as Parents management style, employee's benefit and bureaucracy of medium management level.
ZTE had a most advantage before which called core competitive power, that was the passion and contribution came from general employees, but I found more and more colleagues lost this spirit in my daily work.
