I start the day before anything, pending and take priority first thing in the morning,after daily task and meet with my supervisor.then i follow the task needed to be done as well anything that come up. by end of the day i make up to do list for tomorrow i clean up my desk and set out the pending task need to be done first thing in the morning.

3 or 4 years ago, the decision came from top management level stopped the ZTE further development and leaded ZTE to the way of downhill, at the same time, some problems accumulated for many years exposed such as Parents management style, employee's benefit and bureaucracy of medium management level.
ZTE had a most advantage before which called core competitive power, that was the passion and contribution came from general employees, but I found more and more colleagues lost this spirit in my daily work.

le travaille d'équipe se fait d'une façon rotative chaque semaine a tour de rôle un chef d’équipe est désignée cella permets de canaliser le travaille sur in plan transversale en toute équilibre
