Position Summary
- Expanding real estate investment firm is looking for a dedicated administrative assistant to join us full-time in assisting the owner and office staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
- General office and administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Handle incoming calls
- Misc. projects as required

- General QuickBooks knowledge a MUST
- Strong PC skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to multi-task
- Very strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive personality
- Works well with others
