Technical staff and Engineering have no work life balance. Other departments do though. Customer support is expected to work after hours as well. If you do not work outside of normal scheduled hours, management will not work with you on any schedule changes. Lots of internal politics involved which makes working in Customer support difficult. The company itself is awesome and provides free food and lunches. Fast paced environment with lots of changes to the product on a continual basis.
