Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Zurich North America?

For each of the Underwriting position I've applied for (which I have more than 10 yrs. experience) Zurich has never contect me or any one I know for an interview and my friends have the same or more experience than I in: Casualty, Personal Lines & Comm-Lines underwriting. Either the industry is drying up or they are just collecting resume to show the government their complying to regulation regarding hiring.
