ActivEngage is currently seeking team members for our location in Maitland, FL. ActivEngage is a 6 year old company who has doubled in size every year. Our in-office Virtual Sales Assistants (VSA) answer requests from online shoppers and create relationships on behalf of our clients.

This is *NOT a tech support position*. Our focus is on infusing the personal touch in online shopping. We provide all the best resources for you. We want associates who love to learn and have a passion to succeed while enjoying a team atmosphere.

This is a full-time, in office position. We want career-oriented professionals to help us continue to lead the industry in online conversations.

Our young company makes developing our associates and providing them industry leading resources and tools a priority.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:
Respond quickly - within 5 seconds to chat requests
Type quickly and accurately
Be professional in tone, grammar and address
Multi-task; handle multiple chats at once, seek multiple pieces of information while maintaining fluid conversations
Maintain focus on the customer and conversation, handle distractions well
Receive critiques and instruction in ways to improve performance and incorporate changes
Work as a member of a team, offering assistance to others when needed, acting responsibly and maturely in daily activities
Constantly learn and adapt to become better and more developed

Qualifications
This motivated team player will possess the following backgrounds, experience, skills and attributes:
Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate or Public Relations
Previous Management Experience preferred
College degree preferred but not required
Effective and savvy communicator
Career oriented
MUST be comfortable using a computer
MUST be experienced surfing the internet, navigating web pages
Must be experienced with instant messaging
Prefer stable work history
Must type 40 WPM
