Job Summary: Responsible for the management of all aspects of the company’s US website, including traffic, content, promotions, revenue, and email marketing.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborates with team members to create and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing plans & promotions that will meet or exceed revenue goals.
Owns the process for partnering with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all site content is on-brand, up-to-date, and maximizing SEO.
Sets goals for and tracks KPIs (traffic, conversion, transactions, AOV, UPT, revenue, etc.), ensuring plans behind each to meet objectives.
Manages deliverables and budgets for third party agencies, including web development, search, and others related to site and ecommerce.
Collaborates with search agency on monthly/quarterly/annual plan and KPIs for paid search and organic search. Works with search agency to conduct annual SEO audit and determine/execute action plan.
Manages ecommerce expense budget within plan and actively participates during the budget planning process.
Creates and implements email marketing program. Sets goals and develops plans to achieve email marketing KPIs, including list growth, opens, clicks, unsubs, and revenue.
Analyzes database and determines appropriate segmentation to maximize engagement and revenue.
Regularly reviews white papers for ecommerce and email marketing to ensure we’re following and always improving upon best practices.
2-4 years in a similar position.
Knowledgeable of digital marketing principles.
Experience with cross-functional teams/matrixed work environments.
Ability to work independently to set priorities and accomplish goals.
Previous beauty industry experience preferred, but not required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
Professional office environment.
