Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of launches and the marketing/merchandising support of all existing business. This position collaborates heavily with cross-functional teams and retailers to effectively execute all launches. This position must also lead and mentor direct reports.

Essential Job Functions:
 Develop and disseminate integrated marketing calendar for a 12 month horizon to support launches and existing business.
 Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure launch readiness and full support.
 Act as the key contact with retail marketing counterparts. Collaborate with the AE’s and retail partners to deliver robust marketing plans that support launches and existing products.
 Oversee the creative process for the marketing department including but not limited to all collateral/assets, creative briefs, sampling and promotion vehicles (incl. GWP), and ensure all is in line with brand guidelines. Manage creative budget.
 Responsible for the merchandising plans of new and existing product at the retail level, collaborate with individual key accounts to ensure proper displays.
 Work with sales, field, education, ecomm and our flagship store to ensure animated launches and alignment through all channels and events.
 Monitor the domestic and global marketplace for new product innovations, competitors, lifestyle trends, and launch practices.
 Proactively follow market trends and sales results from the competition. Provide senior management with quantitative and qualitative analysis on a regular basis; maintains competitive records.
 Disseminate launch information, keeps management apprised of any issues or possible delays.
 Prepare and/or deliver management presentations.
 Lead and mentor all direct reports and in general lead the company to ensure their understanding of launches, and flawless executions.

 5 years of experience in Marketing. Passion for cosmetics is a plus.
 Leading or assisting in development of product concepts, from conception through implementation (2 years).
 Knowledge of digital/social environment and its application to brand promotion/product launches.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
 Strong computer and analytical skills are required.
 Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Bachelor’s degree in related business field.

Physical Demands:
 Sitting for long intervals and extensive use of a computer.
 Travel as needed.
