  • Define product vision, product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for EA’s Data & Analytics platform
  • Assess competitive landscape and apply market intelligence roadmap
  • Partner with the business units to understand, gather, and prioritize requirements
  • Partner with engineering, to scope and define the solution
  • Develop use cases, scenarios and feature requirements and partner with development organization to deliver products within business critical timelines
  • Partner with UED/UX team to create delightful customer experiences
  • Partner with Data Privacy, Legal and other policy teams to ensure security and compliance of user data

Candidate Requirements * You will be graduating in the next 2-3 months or you have graduated within the last 10 months

  • BS, or MS in Computer Science or MBA or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years product management experience with exposure to Agile product development methodologies in a software product organization
  • Detail-oriented with experience developing use cases, scenarios, business requirements and product roadmaps
  • Working experience with large software platforms, or analytics platform desirable
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
  • Broad understanding and experience of real-time analytics, analytical tools and languages, business intelligence tools (e.g. SAS, R, SPSS, Tableau, Microstrategy)
  • Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, ETL, Data Warehousing, and dimensional data structures
  • Experience in Big Data NoSQL architectures, including Hadoop, Hive, Teradata, Vertica or other Big Data frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
