Hearing loss affects millions of people. A hearing aid dispenser interacts directly with a patient to determine the needs of a persons' hearing, how it affects them personally and emotionally, selects and dispenses appropriate hearing aid(s), and coaches and counsels them in the use and care of hearing aids. They establish and ongoing relationship with the patient to combine a service that couples with the product.
