We are currently hiring for our Call Center Agent position. As a Call Center Agent you will be working with our industry leading clients contacting their prospective customers and enhancing their existing accounts by phone.
- Contact our clients’ prospective customers to offer their products or services
- Responsible for maintaining high quality standards
- Continually maintain a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services and promotions
- Make recommendations according to customers’ needs
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
