Administer duties for multiple Account Managers in the field.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the Account Managers expense reports.
- Create and update opportunities in Oracle.
- Create and send out labels.
- Set up and maintain accounts in the system.
- Communicate and follow up with perspective and current customers on a daily basis.
- Send out purchase orders.
- Administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
- Sales background preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule
- Excellent oral/communication skills.
- Have a sensible judgment and the resourcefulness to drive the organizations process.
