This position is responsible for training content development and curriculum design and supporting implementation of instructor-led training, workshops, learning, and blended learning solutions.
Develop content and activities for instructor-led training programs, recommend most appropriate type of solution to meet client objectives and business needs.
*Consult and facilitate subject matter experts to define curriculum architectures and training materials,
*Perform training needs assessments
*Collaborate and consult with project team (designers, digital artists, video producers, technical writers, and programmers) to identify and create learning solutions
*Mentor and coach junior members of learning design team
*Coordinate the implementation of the learning solution
*Remain current in industry trends for learning and development
*Master’s Degree in Instructional Design / E Learning Technologies,
Knowledge and “hands on” experience with *Social Media and Mobile Technology*, its use in the design, development and delivery of training and learning initiatives in the corporate environment would be a *PLUS for these positions.
*Thorough understanding of instructor-led training and curriculum design
*Experience with eLearning development and proficiency with software applications; Captivate suite, Articulate, Dreamweaver etc.
*Team players with a “roll up the sleeves” “get err done” work ethic and positive attitude – must.
*Strong understanding of project management, scope management, risk and stakeholder
*Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written skills)
*Strong creative talent, facilitation expertise, and keen problem solving ability
*5–7+ years of professional training development experience in the business world
*2–3+ years of experience managing internal teams
