PRODUCT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to translate broad vision into decisive action: you have a compelling vision for the future of backup and cloud storage technologies and are able to develop action plans to achieve it
Attention to detail: you know that details make the difference between functional and delightful and you are always striving to bridge that gap
Leadership: you easily motivate others to action and are capable of finding creative solutions to even the most insidious challenges
Strong customer focus and empathy: you believe that communicating with customers and developing features from their perspective is essential to building a product that people love
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to converse at a technical level: you are familiar with and can speak on topics such as server-client relationships, relational databases, network protocols and are always working to expand your tech vocabulary
Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills: you are capable of creating and measuring product objectives, not limited to: the progression of each release cycle, the success or failure of a particular feature, or the impact of bugs on support
Skills and interest in the areas of Cloud, Storage, or Backup: you know how cloud technologies can revolutionize the way people do business and can communicate its value clearly
Experience managing enterprise-grade software development: you have 2+ years of experience managing the development of enterprise-grade software projects and understand the importance of stability and scalability
