epluno is a new way for schools to create custom ecommerce solutions for all their school and gym uniform needs. There’s no cost to the school, epluno handles all of the details (website development, payment, delivery, support, returns, customer service), and the school makes a substantial profit. In an era of an ever present need for schools to secure revenue opportunities, epluno fills this void through a creative and innovative solution geared toward fundraising.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills to join our growing team.
The Account Manager will have responsibility for developing our solution for all new customers, as well as maintaining all daily activities for current customers assigned to them. The Account Manager will directly support our schools customer from ‘cradle-to-grave’ delivery, supporting the build-out of their shop, sourcing items with our operations team, customer service throughout the process, and constant customer contact via phone and email. Additionally, the Account Manager will be required to learn the business needs of each of their assigned customers, and work with them directly throughout each year to build additional revenue streams.
The Account Manager position requires superb detail/organizational skills, great phone communication skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude to support our growing customer base with a successful track record of account management/coordination. Experience in s start-up environment is a plus.
The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a position with the potential for substantial growth based upon meeting and exceeding company goals. The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in account management / account coordination.
- Good computer and interpersonal skills are needed. The Account Manager will use a variety of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Multi-tasking and adaptation are key elements to success. In order to succeed, the ideal candidate must be able to handle constant change in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be able to deal with multiple people and various situations simultaneously.
- Strong organization and persuasion skills are needed. The Account Manager must have the ability to manage several customers at once, complete requests made by each customer, yet know when to be firm. Additionally this person must have the ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Proven Record of Success. Successful track record of account management / account coordination in previous positions.
