What We Expect

Candidates must adhere to a daily work schedule and will be assigned a mentor for training and evaluation. Attention to detail and great organizational skills are mandatory. All employees will be required to work in our Kansas City office, during normal business hours. Proficiency with computers, fast learning of technology and the ability to multi-task between applications.

What You Will Do

A Review Specialist will work with high volume medical records requestors to coordinate the medical review process. Manage the process of requests for high volume medical records reviews. Initiate the fee negotiation for each review with customers based on an outlined pricing structure. Work with established customers to determine timeline of request. Maintain an organized and detailed process for each group of requests. Participate in other duties in the Accounts Receivable department as needed. Communicate with clients via phone, email and mail in a professional manner. Quickly respond to all issues with invoices. Compile and update all medical state fee pages. Apply payments to invoices and other bookkeeping activities, to include applying correctly in Quickbooks, faxing AR reminders and preparing collections reports.
