iDisciple is a digital subscription platform being developed by Family Christian that will deliver customized, biblical, and practical content to subscribers’ mobile devices and e-mail in a fun and intuitive way. Through iDisciple, users will receive personalized content for their age, stage, season of life, and specific needs. Most importantly, iDisciple will help users grow daily in their walk with God.
iDisciple is seeking a high energy, experienced Marketing Manager to help launch this exciting mobile app. The successful candidate will have a proven track record coordinating various marketing responsibilities including developing collateral, creating highly effective direct marketing campaigns, and writing and editing copy. This role works closely with the internal Marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensuring all marketing initiatives are implemented correctly and on time.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Supports and helps implement the overall iDisciple marketing plan
Assists and helps organize the development and execution of traditional and digital marketing promotional campaigns.
Assists with the development and execution of market testing, research, and analysis.
Assists and helps develop marketing programs for the iDisciple Affiliate Referral Program and coordinates with the Affiliate Partners to help implement and execute programs.
Assists with implementing marketing plans and campaigns to convert traffic to paid subscribers using advertising, social media, and other channels.
Prepares comprehensive monthly status reports on all marketing campaigns.
Experience handling and distributing varying levels of key media communications internally, to our affiliate partners, and our content providers. Any other duties, as reasonably requested.

Summary of Experience and Education:
Bachelors in Marketing or related field
Relevant marketing experience; with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to communicate effectively with people of all levels
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines Desirable, but not mandatory o Basic HTML skills o Experience with social media o Excellent writing skills
COMPENSATION: Base Compensation of $40K annually
