Direct Marketing Manager

The Direct Marketing Manager will assume primary responsibility for implementing all direct mail, email, telemarketing, and radio marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in building a direct marketing program from the ground up, while working with key stakeholders to ensure marketing is compliant with regulatory and legal requirements. We are looking for a self-starting innovator who can lead the development of a strong email, and mail segmentation strategy, while working to produce a deeper knowledge of our customer base.

  • Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Lead generation, lead development and lead nurturing

Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns that generate leads, improve customer communication, and help facilitate a better customer exerience

Plan, implement and deliver innovative customer communications to improve conversion rate from lead to funded loan

Ability to manage multiple communication channels as part of the campaign delivery mechanism, with primary focus on Direct Mail, Email, and Telemarketing campaigns

We are a in a highly regulated industry, this position must ensure all communications and campaign are compliant with industry regulations and meet the approval of general council

Ensure all communications are clear, fair, not misleading and all relevant regulations are followed

Implementing tracking, and segmentation strategies that allow for a scientific collection of data, to continually improve performance of marketing campaigns, while gaining a better understanding of customer needs

Working in the database utilizing SQL, and various other data mining techniques to develop mail, email and telemarketing lists for ongoing marketing campaigns

Manage external agencies, and partners to ensure delivery of campaigns

Work with Direct Marketing manager to develop stronger marketing collateral across the organization

Manage marketing campaign budgets & internal resources to ensure all activities are delivered on time, on budget and within scope

Coordinate delivery of all direct marketing efforts (mail, email, telemarketing)

Required Skills:
