iMarket Solutions, www.imarketsolutions.com, is looking for a Social Media Specialist to implement various online reputation management and social media activities for iMarket clients (small businesses). These activities include implementing review insertion, responding to negative reviews on line, social media account management, tracking Google alerts, profile management, etc. This individual will be responsible for the flawless execution of each activity with a commitment to exceed customer expectations. This individual must be able to work individually on a project as well as communicate well with the team. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage iMarket clients’ social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, You Tube, etc)
  • Develop and execute social media editorial calendar and posting schedule for iMarket clients’ social media accounts
  • Write and post content on social media sites for iMarket clients
  • Set up and run contests on social media sites for iMarket clients
  • Communicate with iMarket customers’ clients via social media (answer questions, comment on posts, etc)
  • Help iMarket clients improve likes and engagement
  • Create reports that show measurable improvements for iMarket clients
  • Work with creative team on providing technical and graphic support for social concepts
  • Work with SEO team on keyword strategies and how best utilize these strategies in the social media environment
  • Keep pace with latest social media trends and developments
  • Sett up and managing profiles on major review sites
  • Responding to negative reviews on behalf of the iMarket clients
  • Tracking activities and reporting
  • Meeting all the deadlines and goals

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Heavy use of social media (at least 2 years experience managing social media for multiple clients)
  • Interest in online marketing
  • Bright, quick, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Communicating effectively
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • The individual must be goal oriented, value team collaboration, be comfortable working alone, passionate about learning new things, driven to exceed customer expectations and provide an insightful point of view on various topics.
  • Any knowledge of the following would be helpful: link building, link research, 301 redirects, SEO copywriting, crawler issues, indexing problems, on page optimization, metadata use, site maps, etc. . .
