inStream is looking for a future sales leader to join our Sales Development Program as an Account Coordinator for Sales. In this key role you will work with the sales team to:

  • Assist sales team effort in selling marketing, advertising and consumer promotion campaigns to major consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients and leading product and services companies
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our company, clients and the industry as a whole
  • Learn how to build and manage client relationships by working closely with managers
  • Real-world sales and marketing training to progress to a Sales Account Director position


  • Help estimate “size” campaign requirements by managing category volume data keeping and generating affinity, competitive and category volumes
  • Coordinating requests for prospecting, mailers, client presentations, and proposals
  • Perform CPG sales and market share data analysis for client-specific programs
  • Support the sales team with strong routine and ad hoc analysis
  • Conduct post campaign analysis of results
  • Perform recordkeeping function with respect to client-specific program details
  • Support sales team with systems/tactics to streamline and automate client communication
  • Maintain sales pipeline data and issue periodic reports
  • Participate in sales calls acting as a liaison between clients, sales team and internal departments

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Some sales related experience with a passion for sales and seeking to build a lucrative career in sales
  • Minimum 12 months full-time office experience, internship or other relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as analytic skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in using MS Office software and Internet research tools
  • Demonstrated “ownership” mentality to assigned tasks
  • Highly detailed with excellent organization skills
  • Maintain high quality standards on assigned work
  • Good interpersonal skills
