Life Time Fitness, Inc. operates multi-use sports and athletic, professional fitness, family recreation and resort and spa centers under the LIFE TIME FITNESS brand. It designs, develops and operates its own centers. As of February 29, 2008, the Company operated 71 centers and one satellite center primarily in residential locations across 16 states. Most Life Time Fitness centers offer 24-hour access to a selection of amenities and services, including more than 400 pieces of cardio, resistance and free-weight training equipment.
