This multi-faceted role (we all wear multiple hats here) will focus on customer service, sales administration, order processing, and business administration support (accounting and inventory management.) Ideal candidates will be self-starters who take ownership of their responsibilities and present solutions along with the problems encountered during the work day. Backgrounds in online sales and marketing, dealer / distribution sales channels, B2B and consumer products, customer interaction, order processing, accounting (QuickBooks) and general business administration preferred. Excellent speaking and writing communication skills required.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fielding of online / email customer inquiries
Inbound customer sales and service
Sales order processing / invoicing
Special order management
Light accounting, purchasing, and database management
Product inventory management
$10-15/hr to start, no benefits.
