Review sales order for accuracy and custom pricing
Respond to eta, tracking requests and back orders from customers
Manage inbound customer phone que
Manage back order report and offer sku replacement
Create setup sheets for new customers
Answering emails and phone calls when a sale representative is out of the office
Provide product mix support by pulling sku information and/or image for the sales represenative
EDI implementation support
Review receiving report for hot skus and communicate updates to the sales team
Attend all product trainings to better support the channel
Enter return material authorizations
Issue call tags for all mis-shiped items
Qualify leads and assign to sales representatives
Notify sales representative and customer of a discontinued item and offer a replacement item
Other duties assigned
Experience and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of administrative support work experience, preferably in a consumer electronic accessory field
Intermediate computer proficiency and skills Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
