This is a full time position M-F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Chandler, Arizona.
Under general supervision, you will assist in various operational and front office functions. You will have the following duties:
- Answering phones, scheduling, reception, meet and greet clients
- Provide telephone assistance to our clients
- Assist in the composition of emails and project notes
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Copying documents, getting office and kitchen supplies
- Perform general maintenance of the facility and office equipment
- Organizing files
- Data entry, database maintenance
- Collections and billing
- Assist the admin staff with any additional projects as needed
Minimum requirements for the Office Assistant position include:
- Must have EXCELLENT verbal and writing skills
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks with attention to detail and care
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
- Previous office experience required
- Previous customer service, telephone experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be organized and dedicated to superior customer service
- Able to pass a criminal background check for handling confidential client information
- Previous graphics design, content writing, or website development experience A+
