Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at 24-7 Intouch?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at 24-7 Intouch?

The staff culture is horrid. They say that a work environment has to be diverse. Well, this place is just trash! A lot of the people that work here are the bottom of the barrel. Some barely can speak English right (as in the speak in slang and "hood" speak), most don't even have respect for themselves, wearing clothes that are revealing or saggy like they just rolled out of bed. The atmosphere is just not something I would wish on my worst enemy! The class of people is so low that bathrooms are left a mess because people seem to forget how to clean up after themselves. There are some great and stellar reps that work here but they are just specks of dust in a room full of darkness. You either fit in with everyone else or are looked at as less. Period!
