Wondering about ACS salary and benefits - please advise

I have been offered a temp-to-perm position working for ACS in a management capacity. The idea is, if I am successful, I will be hired in a few months as a permanent employee. However, the company will not commit to a salary for the permanent position. To accept this position, I will be leaving a job that pays well and is permanent.

Although ACS seems to be large enough offer many opportunities for advancement and growth, I would like to know more about their pay scale – particularly the incentive based pay programs I have read about in this forum.

I have made my salary requirements clear however, the non-committal attitude has me concerned about a bait and switch once – or if – the permanent position comes to fruition. I would appreciate any/all input about the salary, benefits, and corporate culture. Thanks!
